Polka Dots and Ruffles

I fell in love with this dress, the moment i lay my eyes on it!! I always wanted to get a dress in polka dots but never found that perfect one.. but this called out to me... PICK ME!! and I did!!

The best part, its  a neutral color so you can keep it simple or dress it up, its flirty with all the ruffles, the material is light.. perfect for summer...

I added a little color to it with my bluish-purplish flats and bangles!!
